Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong product
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized models
- Products that have been used, modified, or assembled incorrectly
- Products returned after 7 days without prior approval
Refund Process

order details and reason
for return
- Approval: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping
costs may apply for non-defective returns
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it
- Refund: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refund Methods
- Bank transfer to your original payment account
- Store credit for future purchases
- Replacement product (for defective items)
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
